At Cozy Earth, we offer a 100-night sleep trial to ensure you love your luxury bedding and loungewear. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free returns and exchanges within the United States.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for your request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
